TAXES AND DUTIES

We ship from the UK, please be aware that orders placed for delivery outside the United Kingdom may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. These fees must be paid by the receiver. We cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

If you choose to refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred (for both the original and return shipments), as well as the return shipping costs. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS POLICY

At Alice Wedge, we pride ourselves on quality and thoroughly inspect every garment before shipping.

Return Process:

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. 

To arrange your return, please contact us at studio@alicewedge.com stating your order number so that we can discuss the circumstances of the return with you and if applicable accept the return request and provide you with the details for the return destination. After receiving your returns number, you’ll have 7 days to ship the item back. 

Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior acceptance. Items returned to us without prior acceptance may not be refunded and unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

We accept returns of full-price and sale items in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Alice Wedge does not cover customs or duties on returns. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different size or item, please place a new order and return the unsuitable item for a refund.
